Services for Mrs. Orren (Blanche) Kiser of Wilton will be held at 1:30 p.m. April 27 at South Bethel Methodist church, Wilton with burial in Oakdale Cemetery, Wilton.

Mrs. Kiser died April 23 at Mercy hospital, Iowa City. She was born in Iowa and married Mr. Kiser in 1921. Survivors include her husband, a stepson, Clifford Kiser, St. Petersburg, Fla.; and a sister, Mrs. Earl Finch, Davenport.

Gill Memorial Home is in charge of arrangements.

Funeral services for Mrs. Orren (Blanche) Kiser, 72, were held at the South Bethel church April 27 with the Rev. Jacob Van Mantgem officiating. Burial was in Oakdale cemetery, Wilton.

Pallbearers were Lester Chambliss, Myron Kiser, Maurice Martin, Melvin Hansen and Vearl and Clare Nebergall. Hilbert Whitmer, Jack Reeve and Dwaine Ford were ushers. Mrs. Dwain Ford and Gene Weih were vocalists and Steve Chambliss was organist. June Reeve and Francis Langley were in charge of flowers.

Mrs. Kiser died at Mercy hospital, Iowa City, April 23, following a long illness. She had been at Cedar Manor before going to the Iowa City hospital.

The daughter of Harry and Grace Hobart Fisher, she was born Jan. 19, 1901 and spent her entire life in the Wilton area. She was married to Orren I. Kiser April 4, 1921. She taught school before her marriage.

Mrs. Kiser was a member of the South Bethel Methodist church, the Order of the Eastern Star and Daughters of the American Revolution.

She is survived by her husband Orren, a step-son, Clifford, St. Petersburg, Fla.; and a sister, Mrs. Earl Finch, Davenport. She was preceded in death by a daughter.
