Angela Kay LaMaack, 17-month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis LaMaack, Route 2, Wilton, died as the result of injuries when she was accidently run over by her father's car in the driveway of their home at approximately 4:45 p.m. Sept. 30.

The little girl was pronounced dead by the Scott county medical examiner approximately 20 minutes after she was taken to the Davenport Osteopathic hospital following the accident. Death was due to massive head injuries.

The Cedar county sheriff's office, which investigated the accident, stated that the girl's father was backing his car from the farm driveway and did not see the child behind the car.

Graveside services were held at the Durant cemetery with the Rev. Sherman Tidball officiating.

The daughter of Dennis Dean and Phyllis Elaine Witt LaMaack, she was born at Davenport, April 2, 1969. She is survived by her parents, her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Esther Witt, Davenport; her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Ida LaMaack, Davenport and her paternal grandfather, Donald LaMaack, Des Moines.
