Final rites for Mrs. Arthur A. (Meta) Kistenmacher, 83, were held June 25 at Wilton with burial in the Durant cemetery. The Rev. Gerald Ukena officiated.

Mrs. Kistenmacher died at her home in Wilton June 23.

She was born Feb. 24, 1886, in Scott county, the daughter of Chris and Margaret Kruse Siems. She was married to Arthur A. Kistenmacher, Feb. 26, 1908, at Davenport.

She is survived by her husband; a son, Lester A. Kistenmacher, Tipton; a daughter, Mrs. Harry (Edna) Makoben, Wilton; a brother, Herman Lange, Davenport; a sister, Mrs. Martha Kruse, Davenport; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
