Services for Mrs. William M. Schneider, 73, Wilton Junction, were June 6 at the Griffith funeral home with burial in Oakdale cemetery.

Pallbearers were George Ormsby, Howard Pirkey, Herman Kampman, Hilbert and Herbert Whitmer and Alvin Behrens. Jane Schneider was vocalist and Mrs. Emma Birkhofer, organist.

Mrs. Schneider, a lifelong resident of Wilton Junction died June 3 in a Wilton Junction nursing home. The former Hazel Rosetta Whitmer, daughter of Moses and Katie Whitmer, was born Sept. 29, 1891, in Cedar county. She married William M. Schneider Dec. 23, 1914, in Cedar county.

Surviving are her husband; a son, Joseph of Waterloo; and 3 grandchildren.
