Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine Martina Reid, 95, were held Feb. 22 at St. Mary's church in Tipton. The Rev. G. A. Lillis read the requiem high mass.

Pallbearers were Charles Gibbons, Leonard Dice, Ray Crock Sr., Francis Mahoney, LaForest Jedlicka and Don Bahmler. Mrs. Reno Droll was organist. Burial was in St. Mary's cemetery. The rosary was recited at the Sheets and Son funeral home Feb. 21.

Mrs. Reid died Feb. 18 at the Woode Nursing home in Tipton after a long illness.

The daughter of Bernard and Katarine Deklotz Lange, she was born Dec. 5, 1869 at Tipton and was one of the last living persons who attended the old Tipton Union school.

She was married to Joseph Del Reid at St. Mary's church in Tipton Nov. 23, 1910 and was a member of the church.

She is survived by a step-daughter, Mrs. Jack (Ethel) Shriver, Clarence, 3 step-grandchildren, several nieces, including Clotilda Wieneke, Santa Clara, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a sister and 2 brothers.
