Harry McNee, 76, Mechanicsville, died Dec. 2 at St. Luke's hospital in Cedar Rapids where he had been a patient since Nov. 27.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today (Tuesday) at the First Presbyterian church in Mechanicsville, with the Rev. George Gallaher officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Otto Pruess, Arthur Vanderbilt, Cecil Smay, Lester Nicoll, William Hass Sr. and David Edwards. Mrs. Otto Pruess and Mrs. O. H. Curtis will be in charge of flowers.

The son of Peter and Lavina Rate McNee, he was born on a farm near Mechanicsville Oct. 6, 1886 and lived in the Mechanicsville area all his life. He was a retired farmer.

He is survived by a sister, Maggie McNee, 2 brothers, Rudolph and Grover, both of Mechanicsville and 2 nephews, Rolland McNee, Mechanicsville and Orville Crawford, Lisbon and a niece, Mrs. Edward Dew, New York City.

The Sheets and Dahn funeral home is in charge of services.
