Funeral services for Mrs. Fritz (DeLette) Williams Kuemmerer, 52, will be held today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. at the Sheets and Dahn funeral home. Gordon Smith, Clarence, will officiate. Burial will be at the Masonic cemetery.

Mrs. Kuemmerer died at Mercy hospital in Iowa City May 21 of a lingering illness.

The daughter of Ward and Mae Templeton Williams, she was born April 15, 1910 in Tipton and graduated from Tipton high school. She took her nurses training in Chicago, Ill. and became a registered nurse.

She was married to Fritz Kuemmerer in August, 1951 at Dubuque where they lived until February of this year when they moved to Tipton.

She is survived by her husband, her parents, a brother, Paul Woods, Assumption, Ill.; an aunt, Mrs. Blanche Lambach, Tipton and 2 uncles, Clare Williams and Don Rogers, both of Tipton. She was preceded in death by a sister and her grandparents.
