BUCHAN--Mary Dee Buchan was born in Canmoll, Ireland, August 9th, 1830. emigrated to Canada in 1854, was married to Alexander Buchan August 19th, 1854. Came to Clarence in March 1868. Died November 5th, 1890. Was the mother of nine children, three sons and six daughters, two sons and one daughter being married.

Frank Buchan and wife, of Waukesha, Wis., arrived here last Friday evening, too late to attend the funeral of Mr. Buchan's mother, to which he was summoned by telegraph. They remained until Tuesday morning, when they returned home.
