Funeral services for Camille Seys, 75, were held May 21 in Tipton with the Rev. Gordon Smith, Clarence, in charge. Pallbearers were Robert Eserhaut, Robert Countryman, Tom Andress, Sr., Tom Andress, Jr., Darwin Kress and Delbert Morris.

Mr. Seys died May 18 at his home in Tipton. He had been ill since October.

He was born May 18, 1886, in Belgium, the son of Alois and Eudoxie Seys. He was married March 4, 1925 to Marie Petersen. He had lived around the Tipton community for 22 years.

Surviving are the wife; 3 daughters, Mrs. Madeline Andress, Silvis, Ill., Mrs. Grace Countryman, Tipton and Florence Kress, Marion; 2 step-daughters, Mrs. Christine Eserhaut and Mrs. Caroline Esherhaut, Tipton; 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild; one sister and 4 brothers still living in Belgium. One infant daughter, his parents and 10 brothers and sisters in Belgium preceded him in death.

Burial was in the New Liberty cemetery.
