Services for Mrs. Louis Friday, 62, who died at her home in Tipton Sunday were held at the Tipton Presbyterian church Wednesday, the Rev. Raymon Ferguson officiating. Burial was in the Clarence cemetery.

The former Ruth Jane Brommell was born at Clarence, Sept. 3, 1894.

She is survived by her husband; a son, Robert Louis Friday, Tipton; a daughter, Mrs. Helen Marie Workman, Stanwood; a brother, Joe Brommell, Tipton, and three sisters, Ada Brommell and Mrs. Nate Sayre, both of Tipton, and Mrs. Louis Ohrt, Waterloo.

Private services for the family were held at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Thomas Stewart of Stanwood in charge.

Music was provided by Mrs. Forrest Pirie and Mrs. John Swift of Stanwood, accompanied by Laura Geller of Tipton. Mrs. Guy Maurer and Mrs. Arnold Conrad were in charge of flowers.

Pallbearers were Nick Bruhn, Neal Reeve, Arnold Conrad, Felix Derynck, Leonard Meyers and Boone Wright.
