Funeral services were held Thursday at the Griffith funeral home in Wilton Junction for Mrs. Josephine Nelson Bailey, 90, who died April 24 at Mercy hospital, Iowa City, after a lengthy illness.

The Rev. Robert Dodder of the Methodist church officiated. Interment was in the Oakdale cemetery.

She was born in April, 1865, in Floyd county, Ky., and later married J. L. Bailey. She had been a resident of Wilton Junction for the past 37 years.

There are no immediate survivors.
