Mechanicsville, Ia., Feb. 17--Mr. Samuel Wilson passed away Thursday evening at his home here. He was sick only a few minutes and his son Lealander was with him at supper. He said he did not feel very well and shortly afterward started to retire. He called his son and he went for the doctor but when the doctor arrived he had expired. For the past five years Mr. Wilson has been totally blind his wife preceded him a few years and one son Lealander and daughter, Christina Burgess of Colorado, are left to mourn besides relatives and friends.

Mr. Wilson was a highly respected citizen and a member of the Mechanicsville Presbyterian church for years.
