Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Emma Makemson, 82, who died at her home in Tipton Tuesday night, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Sheets & Dahn funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View cemetery, Kewanee, Ill.

Mrs. Makemson, who was born in Germany Feb. 26, 1875, is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Edwin Carlson of Tipton; two granddaughters, Virginia A. Carlson and Mrs. Frank Bartos; a great granddaughter, Karen Jean Bartos; five brothers, Otto, Hugo, Paul, Oscar, and Henry Apolka, and two sisters, Mrs. Olga Peterson and Mrs. Hulda Curan.
