Funeral services were held Sunday for Mrs. Faye Long Beauregard, 61, who died Thursday at University hospital in Iowa City, following an extended illness. The Rev. Robert Dodder officiated. Burial was in Sharon cemetery.

Mrs. Beauregard was born Feb. 15, 1896, in Cedar county, the daughter of Ezra and Iowa May Long. Her marriage to Alten P. Beauregard took place on Dec. 29, 1915, at Tipton. She had resided in West Chester, Cedar Rapids and Tipton. She was a member of the Methodist church.

Survivors include her husband, four sons, Leonard, Washington; Wayne and Darrell, Cedar Rapids; Kenneth, Anamosa; two brothers, Ray Long, West Liberty; and Joe Long, Tipton; one sister, Mrs. Calla Rickey, Rock Island, Ill., and 12 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and four sisters.
