Funeral services for Mrs. Helene Schneckloth, 80, will be held at 2:30 p.m. today (Thursday) in Davenport. Burial will be in Pine Hill at Davenport.

Mrs. Schneckloth died at a Davenport nursing home Monday, following an illness of 3 weeks.

Born in Ohrsee, Germany, she came to Moline, Ill., when she was 3. She lived near Bennett for many years before moving to Davenport in 1928.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. Frank A. Rash, Kewanee, Ill., and Mrs. Adolph J. Hamann, Davenport; 3 sons, Elmer and Raymond, Eldridge, and Clarence, Davenport; 7 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; 3 brothers, H. H. Martens, Moline, Herman Martens, Walcott, and John Martens, Durant. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters.
