Funeral services for Albert Francis Scorpil, 35, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Tipton Bible church. Burial will be in the Masonic cemetery.

Mr. Scorpil died suddenly at his home early Tuesday afternoon. He had farmed south of Tipton until early this year when he held a closing out sale.

Born in Tipton Dec. 17, 1923, he had lived his entire life in the Tipton area.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Edward Scorpil; his wife, Frances; 6 children, Marilyn, Steven, Kathryn, Ruth, Nancy, and Carol; a brother, Joseph, Tipton, and 3 sisters, Mrs. Loyd Ford, Tipton; Mrs. Paul Wade, Atalissa, and Mrs. Jim Whitmer, Lutz, Fla.
