Funeral services for Ruth Yerington Reeve White, 86, Cedar Rapids and formerly of Tipton, will be held at 1 p.m. today, Wednesday, Jan. 17, 1990 at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Frank Schultz officiating. Friends may call after noon Jan. 17 in the chapel. Burial will be in the Cedar Memorial Park cemetery.

Mrs. White died Jan. 15 at Living Center West in Cedar Rapids following a short illness.

She was born July 24, 1903 in Rochester and married Verne Reeve in 1919 in Tipton. He died in 1929 and she married Loyd White Nov. 26, 1930 in Muscatine. He died in 1983.

She is survived by a son, George Reeve, Cedar Rapids; 2 daughters, Jean McDaniel, Iowa City and Helen Roberts, Webster; a sister, Nira Sterner, Muscatine; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
