Daniel Sullivan, aged 55 years, died Saturday morning at 7:30 o'clock after a very short illness, death resulting from apoplexy. He was born in Pennsylvania and came with his parents to Iowa when a little child, so has spent most of his life on his farm in Cedar county. One son, Joseph, is left. His wife died some years ago. His mother, Mrs. Martin Sullivan, of 414 Iowa avenue, Iowa City, and five sisters and four brothers also survive him. The funeral was held Monday morning from St. Patrick's church. Burial in St. Joseph's cemetery, Iowa City.
