After the Western horse sale at Lowden last Saturday occurred an accident which ended the life of one of the prominent farmers near that place, Henry Frey. He had purchased two of the horses and was preparing to take them home when he was kicked by one animal just over the heart and the blow resulted in his death within a short time. The deceased was the owner of a well improved farm of 240 acres southwest of Lowden. Attorney McGillivray was appointed administrator of his estate.
