DIED - W. H. Bolton, one of our oldest and best citizens died on the 30th ult. About a month ago he went to St. Louis to bring home his son who was sick and in a hospital there. While there he was exposed to the small pox and after his return was taken with and died of that loathsome disease. Several were exposed but every precaution is being taken to prevent its spread. His family have the sympathy of a large circle of relatives and friends.
