Winifred O'Connor, the youngest daughter of Mary Keane and Patrick O'Connor, was born near Rochester, Minn., June 22, 1875, and passed away at her home at the age of 79 years, 8 months and 6 days.

In 1881 she moved with her parents to Ellsworth, Minn., where she lived until her marriage to Charles Kipp of Tipton, Iowa, on June 6, 1905, at which time they moved to Iowa and made their home on a farm near Tipton. Her husband preceded her in death on March 21, 1950. To this union were born three children, Mrs. Wilfred (Margaret) Furey, Martin and Mary at home.

She leaves to mourn her passing her children, four grandchildren, and a brother P. J. O'Connor, of Elkton, S. D.

Funeral services were conducted Thursday morning, Mar. 3, 1955, at 9 a.m. in St. Mary's church, with Rev. Edward Collins officiating and burial in St. Mary's cemetery, Tipton. The rosary was recited Wednesday evening at the Sheets & Dahn funeral home.

Pallbearers were John Buresh, Earl Howe, Joseph Blake, James Brady, Charles Milder and Charles Driscoll.
