Funeral services for Park Yule, 87, were held Tuesday morning, June 1, at the Horner Funeral Home with the Rev. Norman Lawton officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill cemetery.

Born Sept. 10, 1883 in Cherokee county, he lived most of his life in Mechanicsville with his mother, Mrs. Adda Yule. His father died when he was very young. He died at the Mt. Vernon Rest Home May 29 where he had lived for several years.
