Funeral services were held at Bremerton, Wash., Oct. 30, for Mrs. Bernard Freed, 45, former Tipton resident, who passed away Oct. 27.

Daisy Myrtle Freed was born at Red House, West Virginia, March 20, 1906, the daughter of Louis and Eva Morningstar. She attended the Tipton school, graduating with the class of '23. She was united in marriage with Bernard Freed in 1942.

Se passed away at her home in Bremerton, Wash., on Oct. 27.

Surviving, besides her husband, are her father, Louis E. Morningstar of Mechanicsville, one brother, Ray of Mechanicsville, four sisters, Edna Jacobs, Bridgeport, Ill., Bertha Steffensen, Manly, Iowa, Thelma Heick, Tipton, Gladys Blake, Mechanicsville and several nieces and nephews.
