Chicago, Ill. - Requiem Mass for Arthur P. Greene, 71, was offered Sept. 21 in St. Ethelreda church with burial in St. Mary cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Rita, a former resident of the Mechanicsville community. Mrs. Greene was known to people in the Mechanicsville area as Rita Murray.

Mr. Greene was a member and past commander of Unity Post 22, American Legion and died in Hines Veterans hospital, Sept. 18.
