Former Tipton Woman, Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Stanley, Is Summoned

Mrs. Irene L. Livezey, 37, a resident of Rock Island the past four years, died at 2:45 p.m. Sunday at her home at 419 42nd St., Rock Island, following a brief illness.

Born at Tipton, Iowa, Aug. 20th, 1908, Mrs. Livezey received her education in the schools here, and was married to George Livezey at Bennett, July 28, 1925. After their marriage the couple moved to Iowa City where they lived until moving to Rock Island four years ago. She was a member of the German Reformed church. Surviving are her husband, a daughter Miss Gloria Livezey of Rock Island; three sons, George Jr. of Iowa City, William L. and Jandee Livezey of Rock Island; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward O. Stanley of Tipton; her sister, Mrs. W. E. Ackley of Des Plaines, Ill., and a niece, Mrs. Ralph Milleman of Des Plaines.

The body was taken in charge by the Runge mortuary, Davenport, Ia., pending funeral arrangements.
