Lillie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Claus Lorenzen, aged three years, three months and six days, died Wednesday morning at four o'clock of convulsions caused by whooping cough. The little one did not appear otherwise severely effected by the whooping cough, but several convulsions overtaxed its little system, and death resulted quickly

Funeral was held yesterday afternoon with interment in the Van Horn cemetery.

All sympathize with the bereaved parents, who have yet four children, older than Lillie, effected with whooping cough. However those appear to not be dangerously effected with the disease.

Lorenzen's reside about three miles south of town here.
