Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Koch, 54, Lowden, were held Nov. 27 at Chapman Funeral Home, Wheatland, the Rev. Harold Koenig officiating. Burial was in Inland cemetery, Bennett.

Pallbearers were Marvin Scheeper, Art Petersen Jr., Marvin Esbaum, LeRoy Scheeper, Marlin Homrighausen and Leonard Kreinbring. Wilma Riedesel was pianist.

Mrs. Koch died Nov. 24 at the Mechanicsville Nursing Home after an extended illness. She was born April 28, 1922 in Cedar county and married Alfred Koch at Lowden Oct. 19, 1966.

Survivors include daughters, Mrs. LaDon Salyars, Davenport; Mrs. Horace (Shirley) Skeel and Mrs. Donald (Betty) Steward, both of Lowden; Dorinda Voelkers, DeWitt; a son Allen Voelkers, Lowden; 12 grandchildren and a great grandchild.
