Clarence - Funeral services for Charles William Findlay were held at the Chapman Funeral home Jan. 5 with the Rev. Richard Keim officiating. Burial was in the Red Oak cemetery.

Findlay was born near Stanwood Dec. 27, 1898, the son of William A. and Lillie M. McMahon Findlay. He was a veteran of World War I.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. James (Charlene) Bixler, Clarence; and 2 sisters, Mrs. Margaret Buttre, Long Beach, Calif. and Mrs. Gene Nanke, Stanwood; also 3 children.
