Rose Bousselot Services Sept. 25; Stanwood Teacher

Clarence - Funeral services for Rose Bousselot, 73, a former Clarence resident, were held Monday, Sept. 25, at 10 a.m. in the McGinnis Funeral Home, DeWitt. Burial was in the Elmwood cemetery, DeWitt.

Miss Bousselot died Sept. 21 at St. Luke's hospital, Cedar Rapids, after a lingering illness.

The daughter of John and Ann Wampfler Bousselot, she was born at Buena Vista Dec. 12, 1893 and taught at the Jewell and Stanwood schools before retiring.

Survivors include her father, John, DeWitt; a brother, Ralph, DeWitt; and 3 sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Voorhees, Low Moor, Eugenia Bousselot, DeWitt and Mrs. Ira Flora, Melbourne.
