Funeral services for Mrs. Hilda Ditz, 79, were held at Zion United Church of Christ, Lowden, May 5 with the Rev. Paul Jordan officiating. Burial was in the Lowden cemetery.

Pallbearers were Norman, Freeman and Erwin Frahm, Irwin Steinke, Hugo Deininger and Jack Burmeister. Mrs. Walter Helmold was organist. The Chapman funeral home was in charge.

Mrs. Ditz died at the Cedar Manor nursing home in Tipton May 3 following a long illness.

Born in Clarence June 2, 1895, she was married to William Ditz in Kahoka, Mo. He preceded her in death. She is survived by a niece and 5 nephews.
