Boone who are the parties for the marriage of whom a license is applied for; that he is of the age of 31 years and upwards, of sound contracting mind, and unmarried; that she is of the age of 25 years and upwards, of sound contracting mind, and unmarried; and there is no legal impediment to said parties entering the marriage state, to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
