FORMER CASS MAN DIES SATURDAY IN PLANKINTON S. D.

Pete Malone, former well known Cass resident, died Saturday at his home in Plankinton, S. D., where he had lived since leaving here some twenty years ago.

Funeral services held today there were attended by C. E. Malone and son, Claude, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Crolley, who motored to Plankinton yesterday.

Mr. Malone was a brother of B. F. Malone and Mrs. Crolley of this city and Mrs. Jerry Shay of Wiota and an uncle of C. E. Malone and Miss Charlotte Malone of Atlantic and Bay Malone of Wiota. Mrs. Abe Bohling, also a former Cass resident, who died last week at Emery, S. D., was a sister of Mr. Malone.
