Heart Attack Fatal to Mrs. Andrew H. Andersen.

Mrs. Andrew H. Andersen of Lorah was found dead at her home about 9 o'clock Saturday morning by A. Sien and August Gearherdt of Lorah. Death was attributed to a heart attack, and it is thought she died about 4 o'clock in the morning.

A daughter, Mrs. Carl M. Petersen of west of Exira, telephoned to her mother Saturday morning and as no one answered the call she phoned neighbors to investigate. They found Mrs. Andersen's lifeless body on the floor after having considerable difficulty in getting into the house.

Born in Denmark

Anna Marie Jorgensen was born at Als, Denmark, on December 2, 1866, the daughter of the late Jorgen and Anna Jorgensen. When a small girl, she came with her parents from Denmark to the United States and settled on a farm near Elk Horn where she grew to young womanhood and was married there to Andrew H. Andersen.

Mr. and Mrs. Andersen made their home at Brayton several years and then located on a farm near Kimballton, residing there until 1902 when they moved to Lorah, living there until their respective deaths. Mr. Andersen died in 1922 and a son, George Andersen, died on October 4, 1932.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Petersen of Elk Horn and Mrs. James Jorgensen also of Elk Horn; one son, Edmund C. Andersen, Rock Island station agent at Menlo, a brother, Jacob Jorgensen, of Atlantic and ten grandchildren.

Funeral Monday

Funeral services were held at 3 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Roland, Peacock & Baxter funeral home in Atlantic with the Rev. L. Sierabeck in charge. Burial was in the Atlantic cemetery.
