Dr. R. L. Barnett.

Dr. R. L. Barnett has announced his retirement from the practice of medicine. This step must have been a difficult one for him to take, but he has to look back upon memories of many years of outstanding service to humanity and hist community. This must be the most satisfying of the remunerations which come to medical men, for their active lives are lived at the beck and call of all who need them and the personal sacrifices which they must make to follow their profession are many. Yes, there must be real soul satisfaction in being able to look back, as Dr. R. L. Barnett can look back, over a lifetime spent in the service of his fellow men. In his retirement, Dr. Barnett carries with him the respect and love of those with whom he worked and served during his many years of active practice.
