Well Known Young People Wed

Yesterday morning at 9 o’clock, Mr. Benjamin Pollock and Miss Pauline I. Butler, well known local young people; were wedded at the First Presbyterian manse here, the Rev. William Mack reading the ring ceremony in the presence of the parents of the bride and bridegroom.

Immediately following the marriage service, Mr. and Mrs. Pollock left on a wedding trip to Minneapolis. After July 20, they will be at home at 510 West Eighth street.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emmett F. Butler, 404 Hazel street. She was graduated from the Atlantic high school in 1924 and for the past two years has been employed here with the Woolworth company as cashier. Mr. Pollock, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry R. Pollock, 907 Walnut street, attended the Cumberland high school and was graduated from the Atlantic high school in 1923. He has been employed as manager of the Red Ball store here for some time.
