Married

Miss Lena Wallbridge and Henry Bauer were married last Wedntsday [Wednesday] evening at 8:30 o’clock at the Congregational parsonage, Rev. C. S. Marshall officiating. The only guests were Mrs. Bauer, mother of the groom and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Johnson. The bride is the adopted daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Wallbridge of Brooks and is well known in this vicinity, having made Corning her home for some time. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Bauer and is member of the blacksmith firm of Frederic Bauer and Son. The newly married couple departed Thursday for Des Moines and of Linden, Iowa, where they will visit a short time with relatives of the groom and on their return home will begin housekeeping in rooms in the Mrs. J. S. Lynch home on Grove Avenue. Their friends extend congratulations.
