Pardee-Fudge.

A very pleasant home wedding occurred last Thursday evening Nov. 29th, at six o’clock at the home of the bride Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Fudge, in Edna township. The contracting parties being Luella Mae, their eldest daughter, and Mr. Edwin Pardee, of Lewis. The bride looked lovely, being beautifully gowned in blue henrietta with lace and white silk trimmings, and was attended by her sister, Miss Clara Fudge, who was also gowned in blue. The groom was attended by his brother, Mr. Roy Pardee. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Nolte, of Cumberland in the presence of a number of relatives and friends, the beautiful ring service being used. The wedding march was played by Miss Celia Sherer, of Lewis.

After a bountiful supper, such as Mother Fudge well knows how to serve, the guests repaired to the parlor, where they were delightfully entertained by music furnished by Mr. J. S. Eblen and the groom.

Both of these young people are well known. The bride is a most excellent young lady and is loved and respected by all who know her. The groom is an industrious young man, who is esteemed by all.

Following is a list of the presents: An Oxford Bible, father and mother Fudge; $5, by an uncle of the bride; A set of napkins, an aunt of the bride; twelve china cups and saucers. Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Eblen; stand cover, Miss Agness McCarty; set of silver spoons, and a gold sugar shell. Mr. Ora Fudge and Miss Celia Sherer; set pink china cups and saucers. Mr. and Mrs. W. D.
