Fudge—Copley Wedding

Married at the home of the bride’s, grandfather, Mr. Isaac Copley, of Walnut, R. S Fudge, of Marne, Ia., and Miss Maude Copley, of Walnut. Rev Tanner, of Osceola, Neb, officiating[.] The ceremony was performed in the presence of a few relatives at 5 o’clock after which was served a bountiful supper. The bride and gro m [groom] came to Atlantic on the evening train.

THE TELEGRAPH has not the honor of Mrs. Fudge’s acquaintance but it does want to say that Robert is one of that class of men who believe in doing things—and doing them well. He has a good education, commercial and literary. Robert has rented a farm of J. O. Fudge and the newly wed people will commence house keeping at once.
