Cemetery Deed
Know all Men by these Presents:
That the ATLANTIC CEMETERY ASSOCIATION of Cass County, and State of Iowa, in consideration of the sum of Ten DOLLARS, in hand paid do hereby certify that Christ

Peterson of Cass County and State of Iowa, has this day purchased the UNLIMITED AND SOLE RIGHT to use and occupy the following described premises in said Cemetery,

as a place of burial for the dea, to-wit:

Lot No. 54 of Sub-Division No. One

Situated in the North-West one Fourth (1-4) of the North-West one Fourth (1-2) of Section ten (10) in Township Seventy-six (76), North of Range Thirty-six (36),

West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Iowa, subject to whatever rules and restrictions may now or hereafter be legally imposed thereon by said Association. AND

PROVIDED, that said Lot can only be transferred by Assignment duly recorded on the Books of said Association. And the Association hereby covernants to WARRANT AND

DEFEND said Right in said Premises to the said Christ Peterson against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

grantors, and severally acknowledge the execution of the same in their official capacity to be their voluntary act and deed.
