Mr. John Curry and Miss Ida Hallock were married on Christmas night at the home of the bride's father, Mr. J. P. Hallock, at Brayton. Rev. Geo. Hendley of Weeping Water, Neb., officiated at the ceremonies. The house was filled to overflowing with guests. Fifty or more friends of the contracting parties went up on the afternoon train from this city to witness the happy event. Presents were in abundance. A fine banquet was indulged in during the latter part of the evening. The newly married couple will make this city their home, and have prepared a pleasant dwelling on the corner of Poplar and Third streets. May success go with them.
