DONALD A. LAMB

Donald A. Lamb, 62, of 1020 Harriet Avenue, Carroll, died at 12:50 p.m. Friday, March 10, at St. Anthony Regional Hospital after a long illness.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 Monday morning at First Methodist Church, of which Mr. Lamb was a member. The Rev. Ernest F. Martin, D. D., will officiate; burial will be in the Carroll City Cemetery. Friends may call at the Dahn-Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll after 2 p.m. Sunday. The casket will be moved to the church Monday at 9 a.m. for viewing until the hour of services.

Mr. Lamb had been a resident of Carroll since 1935, coming here from Atlantic. He had been employed by the Beiter and Schroeder Oil Companies for 29 years. A son of Albert and Edna Bayliss Lamb, he was born at Atlantic Aug. 13, 1909. His marriage to Dorothy McNeil took place there Sept. 12, 1932.

Surviving are his wife; a son, Robert D. of Coralville; three grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Albert Lamb of Billings, Mont.; two brothers, Howard Lamb of Long Beach, Calif., and William Lamb of Billings; and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Heytz of Denver, Colo. A son, Edward, preceded him in death.
