Mrs. Frank Dultmeier passed away at the family home here, Wednesday, October 13. The death of this excellent woman comes as a shock to this part of the county. She was one of those excellent women who are respected and beloved by all who made her acquaintance. Always willing to lend a helping hand in a time of need to neighbor and friend, a devout member of the Catholic church in which she received the last sacraments. In the many years that she had lived here she had shown that excellent spirit in womankind which makes good homes. She was born at Canton, Ohio, October 4th, 1845. On May 6th, 1873, she was married to Frank Dultmeier and to this union were born three children. The children died in infancy and Mr. and Mrs. Dultmeier adopted a little lad about thirty years ago, Jos Donahue, who is making his home at the Dultmeier home here and who feels the loss of his true friend and advisor very keenly. The funeral services were held from Holy Angel church Saturday forenoon at 9 o'clock and a large attendance of mourning friends were present to pay thier last sad respects to one whom they had loved in life. The sorrowing husband and son are very grateful to the friends and neighbors who aided them in making their loss easier to bear and they wish to express their heartfelt thanks to them. And to Miss Nettie Ahmann who so ably and kindly came to their aid in their hour of sorrow are they especially grateful. The kindness of these good friends shall never be forgotten.
