Frank Reineke

Funeral rites will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at SS. Peter and Paul’s Church for Frank Reineke, 48, of Carroll, who died unexpectedly of a heart attack about 1:20 p.m. Monday. Requiem mass will be offered by the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Frank H. Greteman. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Military rites will be under the direction of the Dedham American Legion Post.

Friends may call after 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Twitt Funeral Home, where the rosary will be recited at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Mr. Reineke, a veteran of World War II, had served as a private in the 20th Infantry, U.S, Army. During more than two years of overseas duty he was in New Guinea, the Western Pacific and Luzon.

A son of Mrs. Mary Kennebeck Reineke of Carroll and the late Anton Reineke, he was born June 14, 1911, in Carroll County. He attended school at Willey.

Mr. Reineke moved to Carroll in January, 1959, from Willey, where he had been manager of the Tigges Tavern about 12 years. He lived at 226 North Walnut Street.

Surviving with his mother, Mrs. Mary Reineke of Carroll, is one brother, Alois J. Reineke of Coon Rapids.
