LICHT, GADE, SCHARN, KRUSKOP

GG-Grandmother died 1896 buried at Sunny Rest.
Her daughters were Scharn and the other was Kruskop.-her son's name was Henry Gade he lived in
Cedar County and died at the same time as Mr. Kruskop. GG Grandmother was married to Mr. Gade
and came with him to America with four children
two sons and two daughters. Mr. Gade died about
1872 in Cook County ILL where he is buried. Katherine remarried about 1877 to J.C. Licht from
Iowa. Mr. Licht died in 1888 when she then came
to Lytton Iowa area to live with her daughters.
Would like to have an obit for her and a photo of
her gravesite. Knowing the month and day she died
would be helpful also. As you noticed one of her
son's is missing-he left home at an early age '
and no one heard from or about him since. There
is a notation in one of his sister's obituaries that her only brother in AMERICA was Henry Gade
making it seem like he might have returned to his
native country of Germany. The gg grandmother and
her daughters and their husbands belonged to the
St. John's Lutheran Church in Lytton, Iowa
