Leah Elizabeth (Fulkerson) Carlson, 80, of Lake City, Iowa died Monday, December 29, 1975 at Shady Oaks Nursing Home following an illness of several months.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 2 at 10:30 a.m. at the Woodlawn Christian Church with Rev. John Holland of St. Paul, Minn. and Rev. Sam Wall of Jolley officiating, burial will be in the Lake City Cemetery under the direction of Huffman Memorial Chapel.

Leah Fulkerson Carlson, daughter of William R. Fulkerson and Edna Crull Fulkerson, was born June 10, 1895 at Lake City an had lived in the Lake City area all her life. She taught in rural schools before her marriage to Arthur Carlson on March 22, 1920 at Rockwell City, Iowa. She was a member of Christian Church since childhood, teaching in the Sunday school and active in the women's group. She was active in her [remainder of the article is cut off]
