Sabrina (Marmon) Trullinger
(May 15, 1847 - January 25, 1891)

Mrs. Aaron Trellinger
Lake City Graphic, Lake City, Iowa, Jan. 29, 1891
Mrs. Trellinger was a daughter of Mr. Peter Marmon, was born in Cass county, Michigan, May 15, 1847; moving in 1858 to Franklin township, Polk county, Iowa. In the year 1864 she was united in marriage to Mr. Aaron Trellinger and the next winter she, with her husband, came to Calhoun county, where she resided until her death. They were among the early settlers of the county and by frugality and perseverence have acquired one of the finest farms in this section. She was the mother of nine children all of whom survive her. In her home Mrs. Trellinger was cheerful, tender and affectionate; in the community she was loved and respected by all who knew her.

The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Stophlet at the Union church, Jackson township on Tuesday and the remains laid to rest in the Cottonwood cemetery, by the side of her mother who passed away two years prior. A noble woman and a loving mother has gone. May peace be to her ashes and joy to her spirit.
