William H. Schneider was born to Henry and Kate Schneider on Oct 12, 1886 in Farnhamville, and died Oct 5, 1968 in his home near Farnhamville at the age of 81 years, 11 months, 24 days.
Mr. Schneider was reared and educated in Farnhamville, and lived in the community all his life.
On Feb 8, 1911, he was married to Effie Wood, They occupied and farmed only one place during thier married life.
Mr. Schneider was preceded by his wife, Surviving are two sons, Carl of Gowrie, and James of Churdan; Three sisters, Margaret Schneider, Mrs Charlotte Myers and Mrs Clara Decker; two brothers, Ray and Farlow, four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren
Mr Schneider was a member and past master of Nekado Lodge, Masonic Order, and soon would have observed his 50th anniversary as a Mason.
Interment was in Gowrie cemetery.
