Last Rites for Mrs. Clara Renken Saturday Dec 14.

Funeral services were held Saturday Morning Dec 17. Clara Renken 70, died Wednesday Dec 14 at the Henry Nursing Home in Rockwell City. Rev O. A. mardorf conducted the service at the Saint paul Lutheran Church in Manson.

Elcena pageler was organist and Mr. & Mrs. mel renken the flowers were arranged by Mrs. John Oberhelman and Mrs. Clarence Oberhelman.

Pallbearers were Henry lenz, John Oberhelman, Clarence Oberhelman, J. P. Wiese, Emory Bleam and E. H. Memken. Burial was in the Rose Hill Cemetery.

Clara Christena Renken was born Oct 17 1890 in Woodford county, Illinois to George and Barbara Kolb. She was married Oct, 1907 to Henry H. Renken at Benson Illinois. The family Moved to the manson community in 1917. Mrs renken lived here until her health failed and over the past few years she has been living with her children.

She is survived by 3 daughters, Mrs. james green, Rockwell City, Mrs. John Janicke, Grove City, Minnesota and Mrs. Lee Bainbridge, Waterloo, One Son Virgil of Humboldt. One sister Mrs. Nora bates of manson. a half sister
Mrs. Will Dahlene of manson. There are 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

She was precede in death by her husband, two sons and her parents. Those who attended the funeral from out of town were mr & Mrs. John
janicke & Jerry, Grove City, Minnesota, Mr & Mrs Lee bainbridge & Glen, Waterloo, Mr & Mrs. Virgil Renken & Sons, Humboldt. Mrs. Linda Brauer, Fonda, Mrs. Robert Hayek & Marvi janicke, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Mr & Mrs Louis may, Lemars, Mr & Mrs Kenneth Green, Spirit
lake, Mr & Mrs Don Renken and Mr & Mrs Ted Renken of Fort Dodge and Mr & Mrs Bill Renken of Dana Illinois.
