Rites Held for Clarence Stahr, 48

Clarence Stahr, 48, of Floyd was found dead in his car Monday morning July 27, on the Paul Erb farm five miles south of Rockford where he was employed.
James Erb, son of Paul Erb, found the body as he was looking for him.
He was a former resident of Greene having moved from here to Floyd approximately 5 years ago.
Survivors are his wife and three children, one boy and two girls.
Funeral services were held at the Hamilton's Funeral Chapel on Wenesday afternoon, July 20 at 2:00 o'clock with Rev. I. J. Deines, pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran Church officiating. Burial was held in Rose Hill Cemetery.
