Died in Office.
Larvette E. Sherwood, for 13 years post master in Shell Rock, died on the 26th, aged 61. He was a veteran of the War of the Rebellion; served in the Army of the Potomac long enough to be in the battle of Gettysburg on the 3d day, and subsequently was sent west and was with Sherman in “Marching through Georgia.”
